Private/In-Home or by Zoom
Walk the Walk Private Training $595
Being able to walk your dog - without being pulled all over - is “positively Life Changing” according to owners who previously struggled. The lesson package including a custom sized Herm-Sprenger or StarMark training collar with uniquely handcrafted Integrated Buckle & back-up link for safety.
A calm and structured walk is one of the most important leadership skills any owner can share with their dog. Work through undesired walk habits such as pulling, jumping up, lunging, weaving, marking, reacting to dogs, small animals, bikes, or other moving vehicles. Learn about spacial pressure and how to lead your dog more effectively with a loose leash.
At Lesson 1 - we custom fit the dog with the training collar and positively condition them to follow on leash. Trainer works with the dog, to achieve a structured walk. Once successful, the owner is taught the leash handling skills through practicing with their dog. Homework between lessons involves daily walking practice. In Lessons 2 & 3, we work one-on-one with owner to fine-tune both their & their dog’s skills.
These 3 lessons will teach you to lead your dog through the world with confidence.
New Puppy Owner Coaching Package $550
Start your puppy off right to be a beloved member of your household. This introductory package includes 5 Sessions: 3 private in-home visits (45 min. ea.) as well as two 30-minute Zoom sessions to trouble shoot. At Visit 1, we’ll get everyone on the same page & discuss a schedule to help puppy adapt to their new home. Visits 2 & 3 will include: “what’s normal”; how to respond to puppy whining/crying; trouble shoot potty training problems; how to use food to get puppy’s attention; how to address puppy nipping; sleeping through the night, and/or other typical new puppy issues. During this new owner coaching package, we’ll meet in person & via Zoom throughout the first 6 weeks to maximize the joy and minimize the "new puppy" chaos. Additional individual lessons may be booked after the initial puppy package is finished.
Off-Leash E-Collar Training $1,650 (including equipment)
Seven-session (5 drop-off, 2 with owner) package to teach your dog, and then you, the language of E-Collar Off-leash freedom. Includes Mini-Educator ET300 equipment system by E-collar technologies & collar adapters as needed.
Prerequisites: Dog & Owner must already be training clients; must be crate trained; know basics: Sit, Down, Stay, & structured leash walk. Contact for more details….
Calm the Chaos - Foundational in Home Training $950
Five lesson package
This multi-visit in home, private lesson package will show you how to live with your dog more effectively, to communicate in ways they actually understand, and establish calm household manners. Using simple strategies and leadership we'll teach you to calm the chaos of life with your beloved dog. There is a better way!

Initial in-Person (or via Zoom) Consultation $100 per 30-min appointment
A 30-minute in-home visit to review preparing for new puppy's arrival or discuss problem issues with an existing family pet. (Required as first step for all new clients to determine if our training philosophy & approach is a good fit with your family & pet.)
Board & Trains $1,400/wk
2-3 week Board & Train program for puppies and young dogs who need an 24/7 immersion experience to learn foundations of manners, basic pet obedience, and off-leash reliable e-collar recall. Dog must be 7 months or older at the start of B&T program. Non-aggression cases only. 3 weeks is typical for anxious or shy dogs - in order to build confidence. Generally scheduled a few months in advance, contact for details.
Scheduling & Payment
All lessons are private, in the client’s home - or at an agreed upon location. (i.e. outside if necessary to work on structured walking skills, behavior in public, etc.) Zoom Sessions are available to those who are not local & prefer to train on their own at home. When Private Lesson or Zoom appointments are booked, I confirm by sending a Venmo payment request. All packages and lessons must be paid in full at least 48 hours prior to scheduled visit. I offer Evaluation Consultations to new clients via Zoom for a one-time fee of $100. The individual private lesson rate is $200 per hour. Zoom sessions are booked in advance at a rate of $100/per 30 minute session. At Good Wellesley Dogs Training, we are committed to offering 2 rate tiers. These 2 rate tiers include: Private Professional Rate (above) or Free training. Free lessons when available (at the Trainer’s discretion) are for those who truly cannot afford private professional lessons; yet demonstrate a solid commitment to doing the daily work to improve their life with their dog. Once paid, fees are non-refundable. Unused lessons expire 3 months after purchase unless otherwise agreed upon prior to expiration. Rescheduled lessons may be made up (if extenuating circumstances necessitate cancellation) when time is available within a week. As a courtesy, please all requests to reschedule must be made with a minimum of 36 hours notice.
